So this is one of the topics that people avoid to talk mostly because they are afraid of how people will view them, am going to be bold and brave enough to speak my mind about this because a week or a month doesn't go by without a close person asking /talking or mentioning about it to me. And i  know a lot of people  or friends who go through this questions. When are you getting married?  Every time you attend a friend's wedding, people will be looking at you and saying, "when is yours? i hope the next wedding is yours", then comparison starts of your age mates. People tend to ask a little bit too much at times, and it is a almost unavoidable, i think in our African culture and views ,a girl is supposed to be married at least by age 25, regardless. Earlier women got married at a very young age and by then things were different than the times we have now. Girls now go to school, get degrees and tend to chase their dreams.
