So no one wants to look old..most people start struggling when they hit 30's or 40's to look younger..reminds me of the Swahili saying "mjini kila mtu baby, uzee mwisho kijijini" yes everyone in town is young.. So to earn that young look you must eat well, rest enough and exercise..most of us are lazy to exercise and we eat a lot of junkies most especially with the busy working life style..but others its just laziness.. So wake up..think about it..put 30minutes in your tight schedule to work on yourself..
