this weekend the Tanzanian sweet heart, Wema Sepetu launched her own mobile app, becoming the first african woman in the continent to have that. Congrats to her!!!! I dont remember if  i ever cheated on any examination from kindagarten to university. But i do remember my classmates who were caught in the act of cheating and how funny it was being embarrased and how we would laugh and make jokes. Infact i remember if your bright in certain subjects and someone asked you for help during the examination and you refused they would call you mean and all bad names. I remember doing exams with a police and tow to three teachers supervising in the class, so am just thinking how did people manage to cheat. i thought i had seen or heard of all cheating skills until i saw these.

So I hear most men run when it comes to things like changing diaper especially when babies make the bigger version of calls or when they puke. so most of us loved watching empire because  of Jamal "Jussie Smollet", specifically his music. Yes the guy can sing well and make you want more from the show. Then we start hearing rumors that he will be soon leaving the show for good on the Season Finale, and here is what  managed to gather about this, So the story starts with this tweet from him,   So this gave a clue to his fans that he was leaving the show for good. Then another tweet from him was as below This also gave his fans another reason to worry that it was for sure that he was leaving the show. But, After watching the season finale, i think we can not conclude if he will be gone for sure, as the seasons ends with him on the hospital fighting for his life. Also, According to Entertainment Weekly, the news is not true. he is still under Contract. But this might be a strategy to spoil the show. I always think that when people discourage or say bad things about you, keep calm and give them a big smile. Then work hard towards what they say you cant do and DO IT. Surprise them with you achieving it, then you can finally have that last laugh.  i like the the saying " one who laughs last laughs best "  Yes never waste your energy on fighting back but let time prove them wrong, thats the best answer anyone can ever give to someone who underestimated,discriminated or never believed in them.

For most people Monday's are hectic. It is after a short break of two days you resume to work, talking from an F.M perspective. Monday's are always packed up with a lot of work.(starting from last week's reports review, to presentations, meetings, planning and budgeting for the ongoing week, balancing all other un closed accounts and the list is endless)) So for me i take Monday as a very serious day, and i take my time to plan well for what needs to be done and i put deadlines for myself. Also i have come to know that when you get to your office, make sure the first five hours before noon are the hours you do all your important work and anything that does not need too much thinking or efforts can be done afternoon. This includes putting your phone away, logging out or anything to do with social media like facebook, whatsapp, instagram is completely put away at this moment, only very important calls and emails are the one that can be answered. Its funny that people always want to be told the truth but they are never ready to take or accept the truth. And sometime people know the truth by observing but still want to be lied to.. so many people will tell you what you want to hear than what you supposed to hear which is really not good for you. It feels good to reconnect with some old friends. i like talking to my friends and i enjoy and respect the time that they put aside to have long chats and talk about many issues about life.  So last week as i was talking to a certain friend of mine, she mentioned about an old friend who in some reasons they had an issue and apparently they discussed about it and forgave each other. what was shocking about the story is what the other friend told someone how she hates the friend i was talking to a point that she wishes she never saw her alive I thought this was very serious for someone to hate another person in this way. i mean people do wrong things to us, they hurt us and it is normal to be angry, to be upset and sometimes hate.
