Keeping fit with Bellafalconi

so the long weekend is over..the lovey dovey weekend where people got so busy with their loved ones..lots of flowers wasted(wink),lots of chocolates eaten..lots of money spent, lots of promises made n etc etc..
I hope everyone enjoyed..
Since its a new week I have a new something to achieve..."losing some pounds on my body by exercising n watching wat I eat"
Am naturally big..my body calls me to be  really cautious all the time n do some sacrifices to atleast maintain an ideal weight. But I love ugali, i love chocolates (can't finish a week without eating a chocolate,, I am a chocoholic!!as we know chocolates are full of sugars, how do I get rid of this sugars other than exercising??) Further more i hate the greens( esp the salads)
Today am inspired by this lady called belafalconi..a mom of one( 4 or 5 months old)but with a fit body and with a six pack tummy( apparently I thought the six pack was for men only) now I got challenged..and am determined ( lol!!)join me in this and challenge yourself and try exercising and watching what you eat this week..

Bella says the only way you can get back in shape after having a baby is by exercising before the baby n making your body get used to working out...this is for the moms to be who worry about their size after the baby!!

A fashion inspiration from queen Bee. The kitenge "african prints, or ankara" is on point. Just thought that this will give someone an idea for a weekend outfit to any event. Looks elegant and classic! Photo credits to Beyonce's instagram page.

My views on the cryptocurrency world

A friend of mine mentioned to me something about cryptocurrency thing two years ago and i really never paid attention to it, mostly because i thought about the money theft and hacking things to do with internet. Then another friend of mine in Philippines told me again about this topic of cryptocurrency and how it is beginning to rock the world of money and investment, and i decided to give it my attention and start learning about it, just the basics of where to buy the coins, how to store them, how to sell and the charges involved, the types of them (bitcoin, litecoin, ethereum, zcash etc), their values, which one is leading, dropping, the knowledge of mining, renting and etc. It is basically a lot of information that one needs to really know what they are doing before investing. Watched alot of youtube videos explaining this concept of investment, and the wow! factor was that the value of investment is growing like a little too much and faster someone invested around $200 on bi...

The" Pambana na Hali yako "

Pambana na hali yako is one of the swahili phrase trending in Tanzania. In English one would translate it as " cope with your situation" but in my own translation i would  say "be brave to fight your life battles'' i am one among the people that have been using it so much, and just recently i watched a certain comic video by one of the famous Tanzanian comedian called "Mpoki"' . It made me sit down and  think for the first time, what does "pambana na hali yako" really means to an individual?to me? Well i got five thoughtful things It means that one must be willing to endure, persist and solve the puzzles that life gives him/her, one must manage everything that life throws at them. One must stay strong for him/her self and for the people that depend on him/her given any hardship, challenge.  One must be hopeful as long as s/he is still breathing. There is always a light at the end of the tunnel, no matter how long it takes. ...
