The Inner beauty that we miss to work on

You are beautiful" is probably the most used sentence that many women get to hear almost everyday..
Ofcourse as a woman.it feels good to be told you are beautiful..personally I blush when am told am beautiful and it makes me feel womanish!!wink! But after the smiling I always ask myself "when people say I am beautiful "do they just look at my appearance or is it more than that"

Well am always interested with the inner beauty! That is what I wish those that get a chance to come close to me to see.

External beauty is nothing without a beautiful light in your soul, and without healthy self-love (that enables you to then love others), whether you see it in society or not. Most of today’s role models for young girls and women spread such a wrong message. A lot represent the « outer beauty » but without the inner one, have completely lost themselves, and only live for the approval of others. They only act for social recognition. All their attention is put in their possessions, outer looks and everything that is external and that people can see. But no work is done on their spirit and on their soul. Then the young girls and even older women think they have a problem, for not being this way, and take those values as the values to relate to, and that’s what’s dangerous about it. They lose themselves too.

women love themselves physically. This is not possible to be truly happy if you hate yourself everyday when you look at yourself in the mirror. The thing is, you shouldn’t change your physique to fit any society standards, or trend, but to really be the representation of who you want to be, and what image you want to project to the world, whatever that image is, as long as YOU like it.

A real woman is a woman that works on her inner beauty consistently. She’s consistently reinventing herself, evolving, progressing. She is a sensual being, made to possess qualities such as: softness, understanding, kindness, willingness to protect, to heal. Her senses are highly developed. She inspires wisdom, and her integrity inspires men to become softer and to calm their « fighting » instincts and research of power. She is sensitive and sensual, she knows her worth, without being self-absorbed, she has an healthy self-esteem. She is WITH women and not against them. She wants to present herself at her best to the world, physically, but because she loves beauty in general, and also because she respects herself a lot, and she wants her lifestyle to represent her love for herself, and her external world to match her internal world, which is the constant search for beauty, harmony, evolution, and self expression.

She is not running after superficial things anymore, the need for other people acceptance, the need to show off to be loved, the need to play a character for other people's love or to fit society's standards.

She doesnt escape what she trully is..she has stepped into her real power..

NEW YEAR, NEW MIND

Its 2018. Am grateful to God for allowing me and my family, friends to see this year. 2017, was quite a long, challenging year for me, my mind was a battlefield that hosted the many wars that were in me, i felt helpless most of the time and it was as if everything was not working out. But at the end of the year, i was constantly telling myself that i needed to step in 2018 with a changed mind, changed attitude towards everything that has been battling in my mind, changed view of how i see life, changed mind on how i see myself and life generally. I just wanted to take control of my mind, and every situation that i can possibly control and the hardest i leave them to God. Now a new year, does not necessary make everything new, nor does the movement of the clock produce the newness of life , it is the movement in your mind that gives newness to life. Our biggest enemy we have in our lives is 'ourselves', in what we think, in what we have in our minds, and unless we take

The" Pambana na Hali yako "

Pambana na hali yako is one of the swahili phrase trending in Tanzania. In English one would translate it as " cope with your situation" but in my own translation i would  say "be brave to fight your life battles'' i am one among the people that have been using it so much, and just recently i watched a certain comic video by one of the famous Tanzanian comedian called "Mpoki"' . It made me sit down and  think for the first time, what does "pambana na hali yako" really means to an individual?to me? Well i got five thoughtful things It means that one must be willing to endure, persist and solve the puzzles that life gives him/her, one must manage everything that life throws at them. One must stay strong for him/her self and for the people that depend on him/her given any hardship, challenge.  One must be hopeful as long as s/he is still breathing. There is always a light at the end of the tunnel, no matter how long it takes.

The Meaning behind Emojis

i love using emojis when chatting. sometimes you dont have to type how you feel or want to express in words an emoji can do that for you. i like texting more than speaking, because i can express myself well in writting than when i speak. So most of us use emojis, but we sometimes wrongfully use their interpretations to what they actually mean. So i took the trouble to find out the meaning of every emoji the common ones and i will be sharing them here with you so that you can be conscious enough not to mix and mess up conversations.
