The 2016 Woman

Monday has never been my favourite day..I always wish the week would start on Tuesday. .I think am not the only one who feels that way about Monday, most of people feel that way..but I also imagine what if the week started on Tuesday, it will still be the same, would wish for Wednesday.. It is human nature to want to rest more than we already have..Just like the December holiday that we all have had,I believe almost everyone wished for an extension of more days,or weeks but well that cannot go on,we need to get back to work,,back to focus,,back to achieve our goals that we have set for this year.
As I was going through my instagram page I met these 3 women who I really admire of what they do and how they are an inspiration to many women..
And this is how they started their monday's

What I like the most from this lady (Dina Marios- a radio presenter, and an entrepreneur) is how creative she is..(creativity in her)..amefanya vitu Vingi sana kupitia vipindi vyake since clouds FM mpaka Efm. She has been a woman who has been there for other women and always there to remind women who they are and the roles they have in the society..

What I love about this lady here known as Pendo "owner of open kitchen tz" is how she works hard on her business n how confident she is.

This is member of parliament and a mother..as young as she looks, she is a woman who is humble and I like the confidence, wisdom in her and how she believes in her self.
I have taken a few example but i have a list of young women who really are smart...am talking about women because we are in an era where women work, women own businesses n employ, women lead either politically or etc, women motivate..and also in this era women are seeking for equality
Same time there is a notion that most of young women are money oriented..money dependants..a notion that women run after men for money..
Yes this is happening to the society today n so many other things. But that is not always correct..we do have many women who don't believe in being dependants..and to that woman who thinks n believes in getting or extracting money from men is her right,,.
Tell u what sweetheart, money earned , money worked for is the best money to spend because you will spend it with wisdom and displine and not worry that tomorrow you have to target someone else to extract..it makes you work smartly n push your head to think what to do or work on so that you make clean money..
It makes u free of being a dependant, free of some people owning you as a property.
It is healthy to work..it is beautiful to create ideas and put them into work..I believe women are very intelligent beings..if they can multitask, if a woman can work or do exams while she is sick or etc what can they not handle?
You can be anything u want be..don't limit your self..you can earn any position at work..you can be anyone you want to be..just be smart and confident..

To continue..

NEW YEAR, NEW MIND

Its 2018. Am grateful to God for allowing me and my family, friends to see this year. 2017, was quite a long, challenging year for me, my mind was a battlefield that hosted the many wars that were in me, i felt helpless most of the time and it was as if everything was not working out. But at the end of the year, i was constantly telling myself that i needed to step in 2018 with a changed mind, changed attitude towards everything that has been battling in my mind, changed view of how i see life, changed mind on how i see myself and life generally. I just wanted to take control of my mind, and every situation that i can possibly control and the hardest i leave them to God. Now a new year, does not necessary make everything new, nor does the movement of the clock produce the newness of life , it is the movement in your mind that gives newness to life. Our biggest enemy we have in our lives is 'ourselves', in what we think, in what we have in our minds, and unless we take

The" Pambana na Hali yako "

Pambana na hali yako is one of the swahili phrase trending in Tanzania. In English one would translate it as " cope with your situation" but in my own translation i would  say "be brave to fight your life battles'' i am one among the people that have been using it so much, and just recently i watched a certain comic video by one of the famous Tanzanian comedian called "Mpoki"' . It made me sit down and  think for the first time, what does "pambana na hali yako" really means to an individual?to me? Well i got five thoughtful things It means that one must be willing to endure, persist and solve the puzzles that life gives him/her, one must manage everything that life throws at them. One must stay strong for him/her self and for the people that depend on him/her given any hardship, challenge.  One must be hopeful as long as s/he is still breathing. There is always a light at the end of the tunnel, no matter how long it takes.

The Meaning behind Emojis

i love using emojis when chatting. sometimes you dont have to type how you feel or want to express in words an emoji can do that for you. i like texting more than speaking, because i can express myself well in writting than when i speak. So most of us use emojis, but we sometimes wrongfully use their interpretations to what they actually mean. So i took the trouble to find out the meaning of every emoji the common ones and i will be sharing them here with you so that you can be conscious enough not to mix and mess up conversations.
